amuel Ayo Ajiboye is a seasoned legal practitioner and governance expert serving as the Legal Compliance Officer at the Renaissance Foundation for Peacebuilders (REFOP). With over a decade of experience in legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and nonprofit governance, he plays a critical role in ensuring the foundation operates with integrity, transparency, and full adherence to local and international legal standards.

A graduate of Law from the University of Lagos and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Samuel specializes in nonprofit law, conflict resolution, human rights, and institutional policy development. His deep understanding of the legal frameworks governing civil society organizations enables REFOP to navigate complex legal landscapes while maintaining ethical best practices.
At REFOP, Samuel oversees the development and implementation of legal protocols, manages regulatory filings, and ensures that all peacebuilding activities align with national and global compliance requirements. He also leads training for staff and volunteers on ethical conduct, child protection policies, data privacy, and legal risk management.
Beyond his role at the foundation, Samuel is passionate about social justice, youth empowerment, and strengthening rule of law in underserved communities. He often lends his voice to legal advocacy forums and has published articles on legal reforms affecting the nonprofit sector in Nigeria.
