Dr. Bolorunduro co-established REFOP with a mission to nurture a new generation of peacebuilders through education, advocacy, mentoring, and grassroots interventions. Under his leadership, REFOP has implemented impactful programs across schools, communities, and faith-based organizations—empowering thousands of young people to become agents of positive change.

A passionate mentor and trainer, Dr. Bolorunduro has facilitated numerous workshops, seminars, and strategic dialogues focused on violence prevention, social cohesion, and interfaith harmony. He actively collaborates with local and international organizations to promote peace policies and sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly in conflict-prone areas.

Beyond REFOP, Dr. Bolorunduro serves as a consultant, speaker, and advisor on leadership, reconciliation, and humanitarian development. He is widely respected for his integrity, empathy, and tireless dedication to peace and nation-building.
