A graduate of Sociology and a certified project manager, Aliu brings a unique blend of academic insight and hands-on field experience to his role. He has led several high-impact campaigns addressing youth violence, civic education, gender inclusion, and conflict prevention across underserved communities in Nigeria. Under his leadership, REFOP’s community projects have expanded to reach thousands of beneficiaries, particularly among youth, women, and vulnerable populations.
